Can't log in to an eResource?
Things to check:
- Correct library card number and password/pin? Access to some of our eResources requires library card authentication. Check the number on the back of your card it will start with an L or SM.
- Did you copy/cut and paste your info? Try typing your details in manually.
- Do you have a new membership, password or email?
- Is there a Status message on your library account asking you to see staff?
- Is your device, app, or browser up to date?

- App or URL
- Which browser you're using
- What device you have - how old is it?
- Have you restarted the device?
- Is there enough space to install?
- Have you tried on another device? Did it work or is the problem the same?
