Changes to cash payments at our libraries and neighbourhood hubs
From Monday 2 November 2026, Hutt City Libraries and neighbourhood hubs will no longer accept cash payments, except for Walter Nash Centre, which will continue to accept cash. EFTPOS payments will still be available at all locations, except Maungaraki Community Library.
